Remoissenet Nuits St Georges

Nuits-Saint-Georges has been an active wine town for centuries. It gives its name to the Côte de Nuits and stands under the banner of Saint-Georges. The terroir is composed of deep marl-limestone soil.

Made from vines that are over 30-40 years old. This is one wine that reveals aromas of black cherries, pepper, liquorice and just a nice sweet hint of tobacco. A hallmark representation of a well-structured wine that is not only juicy, but harmonious.

Winemaker notes

A lovely, rich nose of prune and black cherry. Vigorous and full-bodied, it has body and  chewiness.

Pair with puff pastry with mushrooms, 7h lamb shoulder confit, oyster mushrooms and Pinot Noir sauce.
