The « Poissenot » Premier Cru is located on the heights of Gevrey-Chambertin, against the Château-Renard wood. The plot is situated at an altitude of 350 metres, with brown limestone soil.
Winemaker notes
The nose reveals scents of cherry and toasted hazelnut. Round, full and smooth on the palate, with aromas of cherry again and hints of liquorice.
Pair with rib of beef with Béarnaise sauce, or landes duck breast in carpaccio.
