To the north of the Côte de Beaune appellation, next to Clos du Roi, lies this nugget: « Les Marconnets ». This Premier Cru is emblematic of the estate! The plot faces south, south-east and is composed of clay and limestone. 

An alluring bouquet of ripe cherries and raspberries, this wine reveals a medium-bodied structure, where vibrant red fruit flavors dominate. The tannins are silky and well-integrated, providing a smooth mouthfeel that enhances its drinkability. A touch of oak adds layers of complexity, with nuances of vanilla and toast that complement the fruit without overpowering it, followed by a long and elegant finish.
