James Suckling 93: Ripe berries and blackberries with some currants. Fresh and bright. Medium-bodied, firm and silky. Linear and tight. Very focused. From organically grown grapes. Sangiovese, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. Drink or hold.
Falstaff 91: Brilliant ruby with dark accents. On the nose with finely spicy components of fresh juniper berries, rosemary and a hint of truffle, delicate wild berries in the background. Smooth in the drink, shows beautiful acidity and well-integrated tannins, harmonious in approach and course, structured in a non-slip manner, with minimal draining in the end.
