Burghound 91-93: Beautifully layered aromas include those of citrus confit, apple, petrol and a pretty array of floral elements. The richer bigger-bodied flavors display an almost aggressive minerality on the impressively long, balanced, youthfully austere and equally bitter zest-inflected finale. This will need to develop better depth to merit the upper end of my projected range but the potential to do so appears to be present.
