Fourth-generation grower Romain Barolet-Pernot in a few short years has turned his family domaine into an up-and-coming star. A ruby color of good intensity, the nose is elegant with plenty of fruits (wild strawberry, red plum) as well as floral (cherry blossom) and mineral (crushed stones). The mouth is ample, gourmet. Medium-bodied, lively and fresh.
