Remoissenet Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru

This Grand Cru is located to the south of Gevrey-Chambertin, on the Morey-Saint-Denis side. The parcel faces south, south-east and its terroir is stony.

Winemaker notes

Lots of chewiness and texture for this grand cru! It has all the hallmarks of the Côte de Nuits: chocolate, hazelnut and coffee! Good length with a touch of freshness on the finish.

Pair with farm poultry supreme, stuffed rigatonis, or rib of beef in a spice crust.
